The Dover Land Conservation Trust (DLCT) and The Dover Mothers’ Association (DMA) are excited to present the Springdale Field Festival in Dover on Saturday, October 5th, 2024, from 3 PM to 7 PM.
Join us at Springdale Field for an afternoon of fall festivities featuring wood-fired pizza, face painting, and an ice cream truck. Enjoy live music performances from local favorites “Jammin With You,” “Backwards Hats,” and “Offside.” Savor craft beer, delicious pizza, and BBQ chicken under a spacious 60’ x 60’ canopy tent, ensuring a fun and comfortable experience, rain or shine. Meanwhile, children can enjoy games and activities in the field.
This annual celebration is free of charge and open to everyone. Come out and celebrate with us!
Founded in 1965, DLCT is an independent non-profit funded solely by private donors with a longstanding dedicated focus on preserving and protecting the natural rural character of Dover.
“Protected open space is at the heart of what makes Dover special. The Land Trust currently protects over 700 of the most precious acres in Dover including the beautiful open meadows at Springdale Field. The Festival is a wonderful way to celebrate the good works of DLCT but also provide a forum for Dover families to enjoy one of Dover’s treasured open public access spaces in Springdale Field.” said DLCT President Tom French.
Springdale Field is located at the corner of Main/Farm and Springdale, 3/4 of a mile NW of town center on Springdale. On-street parking will be available.
